  1. Peel the arbi and cut them like thin fingers. Rub little salt on it and keep for 5 minutes then Wash them well under running water and drain the water out.
  2. Heat the tawa for making tawa arbi but if you don’t have them can cook in a wok too. Add oil, add methi dana, cumin seeds and carom seeds and stir nicely. Add a pinch of heeng too

  6. Now add chopped onions and toss again. Keep stirring onions will get cooked fast.
  7. Next step is to add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix everything and keep the flame low only.
