  14. 2 tsp. Olive Oil
  15. 1 tsp. Paprika
  16. Chilli
  17. creamy sweet potato
  18. 1/4 Kg. Sweet Potato (Violet color)
  19. 3 Tbsp. Coconut milk
  20. to taste Salt and pepper
  21. malabar salad
  22. Malabar Spinach (Alugbati leaves)
  23. 3 Tbsp. Cidar Vinegar
  24. 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  25. to taste Salt and pepper
  26. For Plating :
  27. Cucumber
  28. Small onions
  29. Spring onion
  30. Cherry tomatoes

Instructions to make to make Capiz Mangagat Fish in Mango Sauce And Malabar Salad

  1. First Fillet the Snaper Fish.
  2. For breading: Combine all ingredients and set a side.
  3. Heat Oil.
  4. Meanwhile combine all mango sauce ingredients in a blender and blend well. Ensure to adjust the salt ang chilli to your desire. Set aside. Transfer to a container and put in the fridge.
  5. Boil sweet potato.
  6. When the cooking oil is ready. Put the fish fillet in the breading mixture and coat both side then put in hot oil for about 2 minutes each side.
  7. When sweet potato is already done boiling. Mash it using a Fork and strainer, transfer to a sauce fan under low heat. add coconut milk, salt and pepper and stair until dry. Then set aside
  8. When the fish and Sweet potato is done. Boil water for Malabar Spinach and blanch it (to know more on how to blanch search it on youtube).
  9. Meanwhile combine all the Spinach salad Ingredients Oil, Pepper, vinegar and salt. (You can combine both the malabar and the vinegar mixture or after plating to control the wetness in the plate).
