- 1 1/2 tbsp Grinned Sugar
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Coriander
Steps to make to make Kaachiu(Dry Bhel)
- Take oil in pan,add puffed rice and sallow fry for 1 minute
- Take oil in pan,add flattened rice and sallow fry 1 minute
- Add fried puffed rice,flattened rice in mixing bowl and mix it
- Add peanut in mixing bowl
- Add all dry masala,grinned sugar and oil,mix it
- Add onion,tomato,green chilli,pomegranate
- Add lemon juice,vinegar
- Lastly add coriander and mix it
- Ready to eat
